Ready mix Adhesive

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Manny Ready mix Adhesive is a high elongation, non-cracking filler that comprises of high quality graded cement, selected grades of silica and various special chemicals.

It is the only crackfiller that can also be used on cracked concretes.

USES:

Filling of all dimensions of cracks on concretes and building structures{especially areas prone to structural failures within blocks and concretes}.

PREPARATION:

Mix product with a room temperature clean water to a mortar form and before application, make surface to be clean, free from dust, oil and grease. For concrete structures, treat iron rods embedded in the concrete with Manny Anti-rust slurry before application.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Apply as in plastering/mortar filling method.

PRECAUTIONS:

Priming and all successive coats should be dried prior to another one.

COVERAGE/STORAGE:

Application rate is dependant on the magnitude of the size of cracks if size of crack is wider than 15cm, use iron rods between the wideness of cracks in intervals to hold crackfiller mortar within the affected structure. Product must be stored in dry clean place
